All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address is entered at checkout. ZachyLocker is not liable for orders lost due to an incorrect address being provided. Any damage during shipping is not our issue but the couriers, please bring it up with them.

All sales are final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and payment confirmed. Please ensure you are satisfied with your order before completing checkout.
